To,
Dear Sonali
Its been a long time since i met you eight years back. I still remember the school day when you entered the class as a new student. You seemed to be quiet yet an intelligent girl. Alluring personality ,fair complexion, sharp features and fluent ascent made you grab immediate attention in the class. As days passed by, we got closer and became the best buddies. That was the time when i could not imagine my world without you. Studying together ,night outs ,partying , cups of coffee a night before exam ,planning for outdoor trips ,all our stupid pranks, sleepy minds in coaching, our ambitious ideas to be a doctor ,engineer ,fashion designer ,lawyer and what not. Our love for food ,chocolates and ice-creams was endless. I felt as if you were my identical twin. What bonded us more was, our fathers worked in the same bank.I still remember how attached you were to your family and your dog samson. Your crazy madness and love for animals makes me laugh uptil now. All memories of happy times we spent together are still registered in my mind. But one fine day,the news that your father got transferred and you will be leaving the place came to me as a shock. I felt as if someone took my life away from me. After you left, i was alone and depressed. There used to be a time we were constantly in touch with each other through phone and internet but as the years passed by, communication gap widened and slowly the memories faded as we got engaged in our busy and hectic lives.
I am aware of the fact that you are currently in Delhi pursuing your law degree but never got time to say hello in last few years. Today as i recollect all the experiences we shared as teenagers, i get enthusiastic and look forward to meet you pretty soon. Love ya sweetheart. Give my regards to your family members and samson.
Loads of luv,s
sneha :)
